Milky plugs

I have a 78 90hp inline 6. plugs from cyl 3 &4 were very milky 5&6 were not as bad and 1&2 had no problem.Do you think it may be water in my gas or exhaust jacket gaskets. I use this boat in salt water but I always run fresh water thru it. Thanks

it is probably your exhaust baffle or inner water jacker cover leaking or corroded thru. However, get a portable tank with no water in it and mix up 6 gal of fresh fuel and run it and recheck the plugs. That will rule out water in the gas.
