I thought I'd start a new thread on the E60TLCCR middle cylinder ate the rings.
Any one with experience with milling a head, say 30 thousands, to remove the dings on this head? The pistons are flat topped and do not protrude above the cylinders. It would raise the compression, but would it hurt? Can you ,say, put 2 headgaskets on to reduce the compression? Do they make a thicker head gasket? Thanks for any input.
