minimum battery

I just switched from a 50 HP to a 115HP...is there a minimum battery size/strength recommended fro the 115..just not sure if I am taking a chance with the original battery..only 1 year old. (at work right now and I am not sure what size that one is)

When it comes to batteries you cannot install too much power, just too little. Install a minimum group size 24 with 450 cranking amps or higher. Bigger is always better and price is usually insignificant for the larger capacity. If you have a farm store in your area check with them. Pretty hard to beat their prices.
