HI, I have a question regarding the safety requirements for a SIB that Coast Guard enforce, or please guaide me to a web site that I can find this,

It is exactly the same as any other boat of like length.

Check out the US Coast Guard Boat Safety Site It has lots of information including regulations you must adhere to.

However, if you're unfamiliar, consider enlisting in a local boaters safety course which I'm sure you'll find through this site as well or a contact # that could point you in that direction.

If less than 16 feet, you don't need your Type IV throwable. Other than that you need all the other safety equipment. Unless you have less than 10 HP, like say 9.9.
