I have a older Minkota 3hp. The forward reverse switch is broken. It still runs well in forward but to go in reverse you have to spin it around. This switch is proving to almost impossible to get. Does anyone know which wires on the back of the switch operate the forward reverse function of the motor? I was thinking of putting a toggle switch on top of the motor to fix it. See pic..
