Hi guys. I have an old minn kota 3hp motor w/ maximizer system. There is no foward thrust until it reaches 'HI'. Reverse works fine. Do I need to replace the variable speed switch/handle assy?<br />This is the unit that has all the wires going in and and out of it. If so where would be a good place to order one? Thanks. Caphank
