Minn Kota Neptune EP130 dual drive. Anyone familiar?

I bought a used Minn Kota Neptune EP130 dual drive for my Suntracker 18 Bass Buggy, for electric only lake. I need to know how the steering cable is attached to this setup. The original drive was a 40 HP Mercury OB. The Mercury cable has a 8 inch solid rod that passes through the motor mount and connects to a link on the Mercury. Here is a pic I found on Craigslist of the dual Minn Kota drive I have. If he had the motors attached to the steering on that boat in the picture, you should be able to connect to the steering cable from your tracker. You may have to make some small modifications. An achoring point on the main cable will have to made,so went you steer only the internal portion of the cable moves which would attached to the steer bracket on the new elec. motors.
