Minn Kota US2 to Humminbird -which adapter?

What cable do I need to connect my Minn Kota US 2 transducer to my Humminbird fishfinder?

I have a Humminbird "wide 128" and a "wide eye". All I can find on the Minn Kota website is an adaptor for a 7-pin humminbird but I don't know if that will fit. I contacted Minn Kota and Humminbird and they were not much help.
