minnkota trolling motor

Hey,just wondering if anyone has heard of trolling motor shorting out if plugged up while charging,also if anyone has heard of any problems with the fin section of the trolling motor rotating slightly but nothing broken or leaking?Thanks

Yeah unplug your motor before charging. You may want to install electrical reset on the positive side. If crossed you can have problems.

Thanks for the info,I will have to inform my boat dealership that they need to tell customers that.
