Mix ratio for 67 80 HP evinrude?

Does anybody know the mix ratio for this motor,Also anybody recommend a sythetic oil to cut down on smoke.

fuel/oil mix is 50 fuel 1 oil, as long as it is rated TC-W3 synthetic is fine.

I use Penzoil 100% Synthetic TC-W3 from Wal Mart.
