I unhooked lines at filter squirted gas out until good gas came out reconnected lines drained carb bowls pumped bulb redrained bowls until I had only good gas draining out it's kinda weird the gas in all the lines r dark yellow but gas in tank is fine I would think if there's something in the tank all the gas would be yellow

A couple of guesses for you. Water in the gas? Maybe the ethenol is disolving some of the fuel line innards?

It's normal. Go get some gas straight out of the pump, pour it into a container and let it sit overnight. It'll turn dark yellow. You're running oxigentated (sp) fuel.

Oxygenated fuel has a substance added to the base gasoline to boost it's oxygen content and burn more completely. Typically this is by adding 10% ethyl alcohol to the gas, also referred to as E10. Being Minnesota is in the corn belt, we've had 10% ethanol gas for a long time.
