Mixing power feed and sonar wiring

I am installing new 6 gauge wires to feed the instrument/accessory fuse panel. To route the wires I have a choice of two installed conduits. One conduit is mostly full of existing wiring, the second is almost empty. The almost empty one is the easiest! One of the two wires in the near empty conduit is an Airmar transducer cable for the sonar.

Airmar's website warns of possible interference issues. They will be running parallel for 6 to 8 feet. Based on anyone's experience or knowledge is it OK to put the two power feed cables into this almost empty conduit? Would it help if I split them, positive in the nearly full conduit, return in the empty?

Many thanks
John

I wouldn't worry about it, that xducer cable should have a pretty good shield already. They said "possible interference" so unless you're running lot of power through there, it shouldn't matter. My xducer cable is running along the power cable in a bundle, haven't notice any interference..
