Model, Serial etc Prop

I just bought a Briggs and Stratton 5hp motor camo in color I was told it was either an 03 or an 04, I'm not really sure how to tell? Can someone tell me where to find the model number? I found a couple of numbers just below the motor
04501 and then below that was a barcode with this number 0705140B7945 I'm a little clueless as to what these numbers are or what they mean, it needs a litte work like a new prop, any help would be greatly appreciate.
I know basically nothing about this motor, it seems to be in pretty good shape, I'm sure some carb clean up and work will be needed, but the dude tossed in a motor stand also and assuming I get it running I think I got a pretty good deal for $75. Any info would be great!

Manual
