Model Year and fuel mix for Evanrude 25?

Have been gifted an old Evenrude 25 HP outboard with rope start. Serial # 25302 AE0004569 Need to know model year and proper fuel/oil mix. Also - how to test this motor out of the water.<br /><br />Thanks for the reply - I guess I can stop looking for a place to attach the ear muffs!

That is a 1973 Model, fuel mix is 50:1. The only to test that motor out of the water, is to put it in a trash can full of water, so the the lower unit is completely submerged.
