I bought a Moeller 33320-10 fuel filter/water separator for my boat. It has a '87 Mercrusier 3.0L powering it. I opened up the box and read the directions. It lists OB makes its compatible with but says nothing about I/O's. It simply says it's universal and compatible with all 2 cycle and 4 cycle engines. I *think* it's compatible because it doesn't have a clear bowl at the bottom and it has the larger 3/8" connectors. The only warning it has is "Not recommended for use with diesel engines or with electric fuel pumps using in-line fuel filters." Is this filter compatible? I can't find any info on Moeller's site. Thanks!
