mold or grease on fiberglass cloth

i just inhearited some fiberglass cloth from work,,,,,it was wrapped around a card board tube that had gotten wet ,,,and was also leaning on a wall with a bit of grease on the bottom .....i cut out most of the grease ,but at the end of the partial roll there is a 1 yard section with mold or somthing on it it is hard not soft as the rest ,,,,,,,,,,,,any good or toss this part away...

THROUGH IT AWAY, YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GREIF AND TROUBLE---Bob

There are "binders" in fiberglass.when they get wet are damaged..but...I would not throw away the whole roll.<br /><br />Look at portions that are good because they might be usefull for making puttys or usefull for small F/G repairs ( like 3" round ones )<br /><br />Do you have the time to go through your fiberglass to see if any is undamaged ? then cut out and bag the good and toss the rest...imho..<br /><br />YD.
