MONO/ Tecumseh 6 HP? Need info

I have a MONO brand outboard (Think it's from mid-1960s). Runs rough, so I am trying a tune-up. Metal tag says it's a Tecumseh T-635-06A (2 stroke, one cylinder). Thinking it might be similar to an Eska Golden Jet 600, although the carb might be different. Can't find specs for it: need correct spark plug number and gap; recommended fuel/oil ratio. Guessing the 06A might indicate 6 HP, but that's a guess. Ordered new coil/condenser set 30548B, will install once they arrive. Appreciate any info or guidance on this engine, Tecumseh part number didn't help me when searching online.

Years back I owned a MONO outboard motor, single cylinder but only 3 hp.
Ran great, used it on a rental rowboat to go perch fishing. Can't remember any of the specs other than a 32 to 1 oil ratio. If you have any pics, please post them.

A work in progress: gas tank & flywheel removed. Had a little oil coming out of the seal at the spark plug end- not sure how to seal that (uses copper or brass ring?).
