Montgomery Ward 7.5hp

I was given a Montgomery Ward 7.5hp and was told it ran till the carb was fooled with, it runs for a couple seconds and stops

I decided the first thing id do was to clean the tillitson carb, despite the unfamiliar carb linkage I noticed that something was a miss.

the spark advance linkage didnt come into contact with the carbs butterfly actuator arm (see photo) when I twisted the throttle

has anyone a parts diagram or a photo from a similar setup

really need to know the model number. Several company's built them for MW over the years so unless we know which one we are shooting in the dark
