5D10 indicates a Gale Corporation 5 hp from 51 to 54. Gale was the generic mfg. division of Evinrude/OMC. Kinda like Chevrolet with GMC.<br />They sold them as Buccaneers, Sea Kings, Sea Bees, etc, etc. Good motors. Run it at 16:1 fuel/oil mix or you will burn it up. Use a J4J or J6J plug, gapped at .030 and set the point gap at .020. Good luck.
