I think Vollrath is a steel company that had a division that made some stainless marine equipment for some time. I have seen some other older boats with Vollrath wheels, I think that is just the name of the steering wheel manufacturer.
I believe that Seaking was the montgomery Ward outboard similar to the Sears gamefisher.
