More info on that 70hp Evinrude

Thanks guys for such a fast response to my previous question. The Model # is 70473 M. The serial number is actually J0012178. Any help explaining to me what the numbers/letters mean would be great. This boat and trailer does require a bit of elbow grease to get it looking really good. I paid 500 for the boat, trailer and motor. Do you think this was a good price? As stated previously, the motor does look in good shape (appearance wise). Thanks...
