What is the difference between a pitch right and left? Does that mean if I put the wrong one on my boat my fwd would be rev? Also how can I tell if I have an Alpha or Bravo stern drive?

Two different props are needed for counter-rotating engines in a twin engine setup. This is to help cancel prop torque. Most single engines are clockwise rotation and this is the standard. The answer to your question is "yes" if you had the wrong rotation prop on. One of the other guys will have to help with your type drive question.
