Talk about a Pandora's box! It's been well documented that most of the "displaced" are picking up and moving on with their lives elsewhere.<br /><br />Can you say.."Vote early, Vote often??<br /><br />Apparently the Black politicians don't feel competent enough to earn the White vote? <br /><br />For that matter... if all the people are gone... who is there left to represent? Why have the seat in the first place.

Quite a few of them in Texas now Ken, careful, if they can’t vote in New Orleans guess where they’re going to vote? He He if any democrats in Texas are on the forum might want to look into this. I understand that Tom Delay is coming up for reelection.
