Need to convert the fuel system. I've searched and found information on do-it-yourself. Can't figure out how it seals the vacuum in.

Anyhow where might I find a pre-drilled cover plate and fuel pump? Thanks.

Very easy to explain........... The bypass cover has its own gasket. You will then be placing a gasket between the fuel pump and the bypass cover thus sealing it. You'd be hard pressed to find one pre-drilled. Follow the do it yourself instructions and you'll be fine. It would be best to carefully remove the top bypass cover prior to drilling the hole. You sure don't want shaving floating around in and behind there. Good Luck............. ALAN

They are out there...but sometimes hard to find. Twin City Outboards, Laings Outboards or Engine, Blade & Prop would be good places to start...they're all on the web.

If you list the part number, you will probably get more help.

Come to think of it, I saw one on eBay a few days ago. Consider a search there. Good luck.

It's a model RD-19. I don't know about the part number. The pump opening must be small enough to fit between the ribs of the cover plate then?
