Very easy to explain........... The bypass cover has its own gasket. You will then be placing a gasket between the fuel pump and the bypass cover thus sealing it. You'd be hard pressed to find one pre-drilled. Follow the do it yourself instructions and you'll be fine. It would be best to carefully remove the top bypass cover prior to drilling the hole. You sure don't want shaving floating around in and behind there. Good Luck............. ALAN

They are out there...but sometimes hard to find. Twin City Outboards, Laings Outboards or Engine, Blade & Prop would be good places to start...they're all on the web.
