Ms. Cheapboat was all set for camping..I even reserved the spot at the park.
To further sell her on the trip, I go the LGSP website and there it is in black and white..No Swimming due to "A healthy population of alligators"
DANG...Now all I hear is we cant bring the puppies, they will eat us alive, lol...I told her there were no 4 star Hotels in the area so we are gonna hafta survive somehow..lol

We used the Sleep Inn a few years back for a family reunion and it is very close to the park. Also Denny's is next door and (don't be hatin' ) Wallmart is across the street for all of your shopping needs. It's a nice clean hotel that is centrally located on US27/441 with easy access.

Sylvia my room mate is not going to camp with me, see is staying at the Sleep Inn. her idea of camping, is a Prevost motor coach.

Can't argue with her there.. TD!!! My idea of camping is no room service after uncle sugar beat the camping out of me for 20 years before I retired.

Spent more than my fair share of time putting up and taking down twelve man tents across the globe for Uncle Sugar's Air Service.

And thanks for going the extra mile with coordinating the park and hotel accommodations!!! This should be a great get together!!!
