I have a 1999 mercury 150 had a problem with a short had it fixed. It sat up a year so me and my father In law cleaned the carbs took em off cleaned got the varnish off put em back on fresh fuel. I have a water separator I have an in line filter boat ran good.
I ran it down the river prolly 15 min turned around headed back just before I made it back to the launch loss of power cranked back up idles great cranks easy wouldn't plane out. So figured a fuel problem replaced bulb checked my lines a new In line filter still have the same problem. HELP!!!!
