Motor dies in neutral

Boat dies in neutral and have to constantly apply constant throttle(small amounts) in order to keep running. Runs and shifts good . Sounds like it’s getting full power . Unfamiliar w carbon stuff . Need help

inspect the switch ignition gear switch use the throttle handle fwd neutral rev ... the gear cable / switch cable gear / adjusted it on the top of the engine cable throttle .. you tube ....

I'd try raising the idle screw on the carburetor.
