I presently have a 1993 22 Ft Crest Pontoon SN mau02112F393 Equiped with a 40HP 1993 Force Motor with tilt and trim, and Quicksilver F5H141 Steering link kit. <br />I am unable to find the max rated HP however here is my questions. Will a 1987 Evinrude 115 HP bolt up without new holes. will the Steering link kit mount to this motor. Will i have to replace the throttle control etc. The price on the evinrude is right. I am just not impressed with the force at all.<br />Does anyone have any experience with the 115 evinrude. I have always it was way under powered. Wanted to ask before i jump.
