I think that may be the idle adjust. Screw it in and the low end idle will be higher. Screw it out for the opposite. It doesn't take place of the low speed needle adjustment, it just lets you set the idle up a little for say...like trolling a little faster. The red button in the middle is where the safety key goes and pressing on the button will stop the engine.<br /><br />That sound right guys??
