2cyl mercury 40 hp outboard. Ran good on water hose. Took it to the lake and pulling out from boat ramp I throttled up and it fell on its face. Now it will barely idle and you casts throttle it up not even on the water hose. Kinda new to boat engines so I dont know much about them. Any help would be appreciated
