motor identification

i recently received an old Evinrude outboard with model number 9522c and serial number e09369, please advise as to year of motor and proper fuel mixture.

I think that is a 1965 9.5 hp, not sure about the oil mixture but think it would be 20 or 25 to 1

It is indeed a 1965 Model, but the fuel ratio would be 50:1. 1965 was the year they went to 50:1.<br /><br />Also more info here:<br /><br /> web page
