Motor oil

Could someone please tell how much oil ( if any ) should come or drip out of an outboard motor when raised to take out of the water after running.

None.... You need to determine if it's burnt engine oil that has been accumulating in the exhaust system, or gear oil. If it's gear oil, have the lower unit resealed. If it's burnt engine oil, have the oil injection pump calibration checked.
