502 Mag mercruiser. Rebuilding the raw water pump. If I stand in front of the engine..it rotates clockwise (RH rotation). I have been told marine engines are described from BEHIND the engine. Would that make it a LH rotation motor ? I'm trying to figure out which fitting my transom hose connects to on the back of the pump. It just says LH or RH rotation inlet.
