Motor running ruff.. With video

Here is a vid of how the motor run. Points have been changed and set to .010. Distro and rotor have been cleaned. Re wired the distro base (where the points are connected). No carb linkage is connected. Only running on idle and timing. Timing looks to be around 5 deg. New plugs and wires. Carbs have been rebuilt.

Any ideals.

I am not sure what motor you are working on, however, most points need to be set at .020. Usually the carbs need to be synched to a ign timing setting. Since you did neither of these, I would expect rough running, if it runs at all.
Do you have two sets of points? Did you set them both improperly?
