motor runs rough at high rpm over three grand

Hi I have a mercury 50 HP 1984. Runsrough over three grand starts fine. Idles fine just over three grand it runs rough and sounds like its missing have new plugs new fuel lines. 110 psi on all four cylinders. Carbs are clean. So I'm at a loss. Oh and no Rev limiter. Any ideas. Thanks Justin.

well just replaced the fuel pumps the had wrinkles in them but no holes so we will see what happens tomorrow . i am in the process of ordering a dva meter to check stator and switch box . when boat is running in gear my battery meter says 16 tho will it still charge like that if stator is bad . ive only charged the battery once and have used the boat about 20 times
