Motor Stall

Hi Guys
I've had some issues with my 120 hp 93 Johnson stalling and low trolling speed and not starting .
I've had to use my 6hp to get back in.
The carbs have just been done and everything is good from the line to the fuel pump.
Any help would be appreciated

I should mention the motor has no problem starting again within an hour

Took the boat out again . It started right up , let it warm up , reversed away from the dock , opened it up WOT and didn't hit max speed until I slowed down to turn around and opened it up again.
Ran it for 20 min no problems . Started heading back to the dock at lowest speed and died after 10 minutes while waiting for a spot at the launch
Would not start at all so I used my 6hp to get in.
The fuel line was all good so I'm not sure what the issue is
Got it home and it fired right up

Is there anyone that can give me some insight as to what I might be looking at .
