motor stalls then alarm beeps

lx250turz motor fires up and idles fine for a few minutes then as it warms up it idles very low then will stall. When it stalls the alarm beeps over and over(not constant)The alarm beeps 3 times when key is turned to the on position. I pulled the float out of the oil tank turned it upside down and it beeped constant(working) on board tank is pumping oil when engine tank is low(working). I do not think it is oil related but might be wrong. Motor pees a very good stream and is cool. I do not have any gauges. I am in the process of rigging these motors on a boat. The 2 plugs on the cylinder heads were missing. Maybe the previous owner was flushing the cooling passages. There is 12v at keyswitch.. The kill switch has 2 black and 2 whites but only 1 black and 1 white are plugged in. I used each keyswitch (dual)and got the same result

In a twin outboard rigg, if one dies it
is normal for the alarm to beep.
If it runs good for a few minutes then
slows down and dies, maybe running out
of gas ? Try pumping primer bulb to make
sure the fuel system stays full. If pumping
primer bulb makes it worse check the
fuel pump diaghragm's.
Are compression and spark all good?
How do the spark plugs look?
