I have a Lund Angler and a 90hp Honda, and at trolling speed if I let go of the steering wheel the motor will turn to the right. Is there a way to tighten up the steering or the motor?

JH - Most motors (I do not know about Honda)have an adjustable zinc anode above and behind the prop. You can loosen it with a socket of allen wrench, turn it CCW (from above), tighten it and it will assist in overcomming the "Pull to the right", which is caused by motor torque.

Also, some motors have steering tightness adjusters. Again I do not know about Honda. The owners manual should tell you.

Thanks for the reply, I think what i am looking for is a friction screw to adjust. I am not sure where it is on this motor. It runs fine under speed, just not at a troll.

Just hooked, depending on whether this condition has always existed or just recently started, it could be a damaged skeg. They can be repaired or adjusted as well. Ramp damage can put a slight hook in them and cause the same results. Mine needs straightning now from the same.
