Motor Strong Enough?

This isn't a wakeboard question, its a tube question. I recently purchased a 3 person V shaped tube that you sit in. My question is my boat strong enough to pull it?

Its a 90hp 2 stroke engine on a 17 foot aluminum fishing boat.

Let me know before I take it back to the store.

If you already have the tube and the boat, why not give it a try and find out for yourself.

we used to pull a 3 person tube with a 50 horse evinrude on a 15ft boat and it went about 30 mph. you have enough power.
