Motor Surges

I have a 97 150 fast strike that surges at 5000 RPMs put new plugs in didnt help and use seafoam in gas runs great other wise.

My outboard drove me crazy doing this till I found a loose clamp on my fuel supply hose. It was sucking just enough air to cause the surging.

Try pumping the primer bulb once when it happens.
