motor vibration at idle not in gear

I have a 89 50hp force that seems to vibrate more than any other motor i have had , it is not brutal but more than i would think it would be at idle. Motor is in good shape and pops right off after you start her the first time of the day.

Just a thought I wonder if one of the mount cushions is broken or damaged?
There is an idle mixture screw maybe you need to adjust it.Initial setting is 1 turn out from gently bottomed.Then adjust with the motor warm in gear.Always leave it slightly toward rich.But not enough to affect the idle.
