I have a 50 Lb. thrust 12/24 volt motorguide brute trolling motor that has lost power over the last couple of years. It still spins good but slows down under load. Has anybody had any luck rebuilding them? I was thinking new brushes, o-rings, bushings, etc.. and having the armature turned. Let me know if I am wasting my time and should replace with a new one.
