Has it set up to switch form 12 or 24 crazy I just leave it on 24. Now my problem is I have To leave the variable speed switch on mid way at the very least to get it to do anything any lower it does nothing when I hit the switch I don't know what it could be that is why I mentioned the being able to switch the power. maybe power supply the switch itself who know I suck and electricity
