Mounting and Wiring universal regulator/rectifier 1989 force 85hp

I have just mounted the Universal regulator/rectifier Part #: 01-154-16
and am ready to do wiring,
I have removed and sanded paint behind mount for good contact(floating ground)
and positioned wire connections where I think they go,
before committing to these wire connections just wanted to give the message board a visual
for feedback and hopefully confirmation that the hookup looks good.

2 green/yellow striped to two yellows on device
1 red to red on device
1 black chassis ground to black on device.
1 purple to one of the yellows on device

The purple wire goes to one of the yellow/green wires and NOT TO THE RED WIRE. I believe the purple wire is the signal wire for the tachometer. You can just leave it disconnected for now and then try connecting it manually or touching it to one of the yellow/green wires to get the tachometer working. Or you can connect it and see if the tach works. If it doesn't then switch it over to the other yellow/green wire.

Yes the new Regulator/rectifier is working great tach is perfect,voltage is nice and even
