Mounting holes for engine?

I am going to mount a single 02 Yamaha 250 ox66 and was wondering if the mounting holes are the same as a 93 Yamaha 150. I had twin 150s and if the holes are the same I can make a template of those hole and make the new ones.

The holes are the same. This transom hole pattern was introduced by Johnson and Evinrude all the way back in 1960 and now its the industry standard.
