Mounting New Bolster Seat

Hello I have a 1987 Sea Ray Sorrento 19 with back to back seats. I want to replace the driver's seat with a bolster seat and a 7" swivel mount. My question is since I will be installing this seat over my existing carpeted floor, what is the best way to do this and make it solid and safe?

I saw those Garelick toggle bolt anchors work good. Any thoughts?

The Garelick toggles work great. A lot depends on the thickness of your deck and the substructure underneath.
