I found the problem, the new lower unit i put on, I also used the upper unit with it, So i did not use my orig. And on top of that i have that 21 pitch prop.....<br /><br />So now can i switch the gears without changing upper units, because this one is in better shape.<br />Or can i justify it by just changing the pitch to a 15 instead of a 17 you told me to use....<br />Please help!!!<br /> William
