Re: Much needed help with replacing a glastron crestflite floor finally got pics up
Welcome to iBoats!
First off, you need to check for rotted stringers. While you're at it you should check your transom too. Check them by drilling some 3/8" holes 3/4 " deep in random places. If you get light tan dry shavings you're ok if you get dark brown wet shavings......then you will have to replace them. You can use regular Ext. Grade plywood for your deck and either Poly or Epoxy resin.
www.uscomposites.com is a good place to get your material. Your boat has foam so you can get the replacement Pour in Foam at US Composites too!, or you can use the Blue or Pink slab foam from Lowe's or HD. Do a search on the forum for Foam on the forum and you will get LOTS of hits.
This thread will give you some great ideas on what needs to be done.

It is NOT that difficult. Just messy and time consuming. We will all help you get through this and just remember that there are NOT dumb questions.
HarborFreight has a 4 1/2 inch grinder and the 60 grit sanding flap pads that you will need. A tyvek suit, goggles, respirator and nitrile gloves from Lowes. BEER, Friends for extra muscle and you'll have all that you need.
Good Luck with your project
I'm just sayin...
