Why do most if not all of the contemporary jet boats use the MV3 throttle/shift controller instead of the older style MJB controllers? I like the idea of being full reverse at low RPMs rather than partial reverse at low RPMs and have to increase RPMs to more fully engage reverse with the MV3. With the older style MJB, use could simply put the engine in full reverse, then throttle up, or full forward, then throttle up.
