And I cannot for the life of me figure out where the water is comming in from. I need some advice?<br />

You might try sealing that outlet in the bottom left of the picture. Sometimes there are small fissures or cracks around them that leak. If that don't fix it, I don't know what else you could try. :D

Duct tape and baling wire properly placed should fix'er up good as new.

If you're operating in salt, it's important to use stainless bailing wire for a quality repair that will last.

Have you tried repacking the stuffing box?

Wrapping your baling wire in duct tape will prevent corrosion for a lifetime of service.

Them jack stands are placed where they will cause undue stress on the outboard edge of the hull, with no cushions to spread out the stress.

Looks like now might be a good time to inspect and repair all that wiring and plumbing that you can't normally get to easily. i don't know about your leak though. I'm stumped.
